Our Orlando therapy office creates the ideal environment in which to work on your life issues. We offer a solution focused approach to counseling, assisting our clients in building a roadmap to create a happy life. What sets our Orlando therapists apart is a down-to-earth approach to individual therapy, marriage counseling or couples counseling.

Perhaps for the first time in their lives, individuals can find a safe place to explore issues and develop a better understanding of their situation. Most people struggle from time to time, weather with depression, anxiety or relationship challenges that keep repeating no matter how hard they try to change them. Our expert therapists can offer perspective and a game plan to make positive changes in their life.

Couples can benefit immensely from couples counseling. Your therapy sessions can be a safe place to talk, without blame or hurtful words, which can lead to healthy communication and deeper understanding. Your therapist will help you create tools and skills that will help you heal, connect, and find a way to be happier with each other.

Our counselors are practical and tools-based, offering direct feedback about your situation. This counseling approach enables us to help you find clarity and help you get back on your feet.

Hello. My name is Sevin Philips. I’m the founder of our center, and I’ve created this video to help you make a decision if we are the right Orlando therapist for you. I want to give you some information about our approach, what to expect during your first session, and also some ways to help pay for therapy.

So, first of all, everyone runs into challenges in their life, and it’s important for me to say that it’s okay to ask for help. I think a lot of times in our culture, we don’t. And it’s very helpful. You come into a licensed professional, we have a lot of experience with many issues that people have gone through, and we’ve supported people in overcoming many challenges. So it could be a great help coming into a licensed professional.

We’re very interactive, so during your first session, we’re probably going to ask you a little bit about why you’re there, and your thoughts, your feelings, your opinions about your issue. And we’re going to ask a lot of questions. We’re going to get to know you that way. And I think clients feel very relaxed about that style of therapy, because it’s like a conversation. But it’s directed; we’re really trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on for you in your life, so that we could ultimately help you.

Most of us are referred to as solution-focused therapists. We’re here to listen and very good at it, but we’re also here to help you create a roadmap to move forward in your life, in your own time, of course. And we will teach you the skills and tools that are necessary, and support you, taking what we talk about during our sessions and taking it out into your life where you really can have an impact on your life and your happiness.

Taking the first step could be just to give us a call. You can reach out and talk to one of our therapists on the phone without any commitment at all. It’s a great way to get to know the therapist that you’d be seeing, see if you feel comfortable with them, and if they’re a good fit for you.

Another thing that you can do is just watch some of the videos on our website. We have a lot of relationship issues, life issues on there, and you might find an issue you can relate to and maybe some solutions that you could implement in your life now. It’s also a great way to get to know the kinds of advice that we can give.

Now, if you’re coming into therapy, some of you may have health insurance that covers what’s called out-of-network coverage. We are out-of-network providers, and if you have something like that, and verify it with your insurance company, we can give you an invoice that may assist you in getting some money back. Also, sometimes people have what’s called flex spending or health benefits that you can use those monies to help pay for therapy, and we also can support you with an invoice if that’s the case.

Most of all, if you want to make a change in your life and you’re ready to take that step, reach out and give us a call. We’d love to help you. Thank you so much.

So, I’ve had what I’ll call “classic” issues with therapy. Until about 18 months ago, I thought that I could just deal with whatever I needed to, without help. Yeah. Then, I had a couple of unsuccessful starts with a couple of other therapists; One who really sucked, and one whose style was more along

Contrary to popular belief, my hubby and I don’t have a perfect marriage, but who does, right? There were/are several issues we needed/need assistance with; one of which was/is a nagging problem for quite some time. We’ve had several sessions with him and every time our sessions ended I felt some breakthrough had occurred, no
