We specialize in relationship issues. We work with couples and individuals. When couples come in, we’re going to create a safe environment without judgment and without blame where you two can get to the heart of what is really going on between you two. With that added clarity, I often find that clients have an easier time moving forward in treating each other more respectfully. We’re also really good at teaching the right communication skills and tools necessary for you guys to learn how to move forward in your lives in a really healthy way. We’re going to promote and help you with those during session and we’re also going to ask you to take it home.Everyone I hire is old enough and has enough life experience to back up their skillset. We’re licensed therapists. We’re direct, we’re interactive. Much like a relationship coach, we’re solution-focused. And with our help, we’re going to create relationship goals. What’s really good about that is you can track how you’re doing in counseling. Are you getting your money’s worth? Are we going in the right direction? And if we’re not, we can make adjustments. We’re also going to know when it’s time to end therapy because you’ve achieved your goal, and that’s what we want as well.
If you want to take the first step, you can give me a call. I could answer any question you might have. And if everything feels good, I’ll have the Lancaster, PA therapist give you a call as soon as possible. And during that call, it’s a great way to get to know the person you’re going to be seeing, a great first step. It’s also a time when they’re probably going to ask you a little bit about why you’re coming in. And, of course, they’re going to tell you all the times that you can see them, both day and night so that you can come in as soon as possible. We usually can see you within 24 to 48 hours.
We specialize in marriage counseling and couples therapy, but individuals who are in a committed relationship sometimes come in by themselves. Actually a lot can get done that way. You can get really clear about what’s going on within yourself and make healthy decisions. Sometimes people come in who are dating who are trying to find the right life partner and want some help. We do premarital counseling for those folks that are interested in getting married and wanting to set up for success and learning it from the pros.
So if you’d like to learn some additional things, I wanted to let you know about insurance. Sometimes people have out-of-network insurance, and you can use that to help pay for some of your therapy. All you need to do is verify with your insurance company if you have out-of-network coverage. You also might have flex spending. Flex spending sometimes can be used to pay for this sort of thing.
We have a lot of videos on this website with all kinds of relationship issues. I really recommend that you go check it out. First of all, you’re probably going to get some information and maybe some solutions that you can start applying today. In addition, it’s a great way to get to know who we are and the kinds of therapists we are. I really recommend that you check that out, and give me a call if I can help. Thank you.[/toggle][/accordian][/one_half][/fullwidth][fullwidth backgroundcolor=”no” backgroundimage=”” backgroundrepeat=”no-repeat” backgroundposition=”left top” backgroundattachment=”scroll” bordersize=”0px” bordercolor=”” borderstyle=”solid” paddingtop=”45px” paddingbottom=”45px” paddingleft=”0px” paddingright=”0px” menu_anchor=”” class=”” id=””][one_half last=”no” class=”” id=””][title size=”2″ content_align=”left” style_type=”double” sep_color=”” class=”” id=””]Counseling Specialties[/title][checklist icon=”fa-check” iconcolor=”” circle=”” circlecolor=”” size=”small” class=”Speciallist” id=””][li_item icon=””]Interpersonal Issues[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Marriage Counseling & Couples Therapy[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Relationship and Intimacy Issues[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Premarital Counseling[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Sexual and Emotional Disconnect[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Infidelity[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Parenting[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Fighting and Defensiveness[/li_item][li_item icon=””]LGBTQ Adults[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Life & Career Transition[/li_item][li_item icon=””]Life & Career Transition[/li_item][/checklist][/one_half][one_half last=”yes” class=”” id=””][title size=”2″ content_align=”left” style_type=”double” sep_color=”” class=”” id=””]Lancaster Therapist Locations[/title][map address=”Lancaster, PA 17602″ type=”roadmap” map_style=”default” overlay_color=”” infobox=”default” infobox_background_color=”” infobox_text_color=”” infobox_content=”” icon=”” width=”100%” height=”300px” zoom=”10″ scrollwheel=”yes” scale=”yes” zoom_pancontrol=”yes” popup=”yes” class=”” id=””][/map]
